Robin Dworak: Bassist
Age: 30
Influences: Strata, Coheed and Cambria, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Les Claypoole
Although Robin played the trombone and alto-sax during junior high and high school, Robin was involved in many other ventures (such as horse riding and karate) prior to becoming a 'musician.' Vince the lead singer of Hammerthumb approached Robin and asked him to become a member of the band. Having never played bass before Robin accepted and he excelled almost immediately at the age of 18. Hammerthumb was around from four years ending in 2004, but music was flowing
through Robin's fingers and he was eager to start a new project. Soon after, Robin joined Tenhundred in 2005. In Tenhundred, Robin learnt a lot about music as their repertoire included everything from original pieces to covers. These various writing and playing styles influenced Robin's playing greatly. Since then he has been in a few projects from funk to jazz to a 'Kiss' tribute band. In 2007, he joined a band called Ejune and played along side a very talented guitarist named Kamil Rzeznik. Ejune was a serious project introducing its young members to music as a business. Ejune also took home first place in the Paragon Battle of the Bands.

While Robin is a musician at heart, he has dabbled in many walks of the entertainment industry. Robin adds energy to AMFTC's live show, a quality he gained from his experience being the head knight at Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament. Over the ten years in which Robin worked there he performed day in and day out as one of the knights in front of sold out crowds of 1500-2000 people. Medieval Times definitely taught Robin the importance of practicing with a regimented schedule, meeting tight deadlines and being dedicated to a group project. Robin was also a stuntman and acted for television shows - La Femme Nikita, Relic Hunter, the Argos Half Time Show, and Breakfast Television.
In early 2007, AMFTC was without a bassist. Rzeznik remembered the intelligent bass playing of Robin Dworak and suggested that he be auditioned. He is the perfect fit for AMFTC's drun and bass rhythm section. Robin's level headedness, dedication, mellow temperament, helps keeps everyone grounded. Robin has described himself as being the 'lukewarm water' in the mix. In 2008 Taubertal, Germany's Open Air Festival tested the mix and proved to Dworak that AMFTC has a unique brotherhood that will keep them together through any storm.
